Extra-Curricular Activities

At St. Columbanus’ College, we believe that education extends far beyond the classroom walls.  Our vibrant extra-curricular programme is central to the development of the 'whole person,' providing a vital platform for pupils to develop essential skills such as teamwork, leadership, and resilience.  We are dedicated to providing our young people with unique opportunities and experiences that they might not otherwise access, helping them to discover new passions and hidden talents.

Because of the immense value these experiences add to personal growth and well-being, we encourage every pupil to engage in at least one extra-curricular activity each year.  Our diverse schedule includes everything from high-energy one-day sports tournaments to the creative camaraderie of the College Musical.  Furthermore, our pupils have the chance to explore the world through various school trips, ranging from far flung exotic locales, such as Portaferry, to the unforgettable heights of our skiing trip in Madonna di Campiglio.
